This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Jingle My Brand™ and related features (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms of Service and AI Music Disclaimer at Terms of Service.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Information You Give US
Account information: your email address, and any profile details you choose to add, such as your name, company or brand, job title, and how you heard about us.
- Jingle inputs: brand names, product descriptions, benefits, lyrics, style choices, and anything else you enter to create a jingle.
- Messages: anything you send through our support or contact form, including your name, email, and message.
- Newsletter: your email address if you choose to subscribe.

Information We Collect Automatically
Terms acceptance records: when you accept our Terms, we record the date and time, the version accepted, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We keep these records as proof of agreement.
Usage and device data: our hosting and security providers log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, to operate and protect the Service.
Content you create: generated lyrics, audio, and video, along with status information such as when they were created and whether you shared or made them public.
Cookies
We use a necessary cookie to keep you signed in. The Service does not work properly without it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Service, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and actions you take, such as creating or sharing a jingle. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Some pages show content from third parties, such as a Product Hunt badge or sharing buttons, which may receive your IP address and browser information when they load.
How We Use Information
- To create, deliver, and store your jingles and videos.
- To sign you in, including sending sign in links to your email.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send transactional messages about your account and jingles.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms.
- To keep records of terms acceptance and to comply with law.
- To understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
How AI Processing Works
To generate lyrics and music, we send your jingle inputs to third party AI providers. Those providers process your inputs to return results to us, and they may retain or use them as permitted by their own terms and policies.
We do not use your inputs to train our own general purpose AI models.
Who We Share Information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads, which some state laws treat as "sharing" personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Your Choices and Rights.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include providers for:
- hosting, databases, file storage, and authentication
- analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel)
- AI lyric and music generation
- email delivery
- contact form, newsletter, and spam prevention tools
- payment processing, if and when paid features are offered
We may also disclose information:
- to comply with law, a court order, or a valid legal request
- to respond to a copyright or other infringement notice, including sharing your contact information with a claimant where the law requires
- to protect the rights, safety, and property of AAA Internet Brands, LLC, our users, or others
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the information may transfer to the new owner
Jingles you make public, and the information shown with them, can be seen by anyone.
How Long We Keep Information
Jingles and their audio may be deleted automatically, in some cases within hours of creation, unless sharing or purchase extends them.
Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it.
Terms acceptance records, payment records, and records needed for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes are kept as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, even after an account is deleted.
Backups may keep copies for a limited time before they are overwritten.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for the security of your email account, since it is used to sign in.
Your Choices and Rights
You can update your profile in your account.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it, by contacting us at our support page.
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We honor these rights as required by the law that applies to you.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows, and we may ask for proof of their authority.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
To opt out of the sharing described above, contact us at our support page, use the ad and cookie controls described in Cookies, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as an opt out where the law requires.
International Users
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service, your consent (for example, for the newsletter), and compliance with legal obligations.
Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third Party Links
The Service may link to other websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date shown. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or on the Service.
