Your written notice must include all of the following:

We may remove or disable access to the material and may share your notice with the person who created it.

How to Send a Counter Notice

If your jingle was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send our designated agent a written counter notice that includes all of the following:

    • your physical or electronic signature
    • identification of the material that was removed and the link where it appeared
    • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
    • your name, address, and telephone number
    • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or any judicial district in which we may be found if your address is outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice

We may send your counter notice to the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter notice, unless that person tells us they have filed a court action to restrain the activity.

    Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

    False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider speaking with an attorney first.

    Other Complaints

The DMCA process covers copyright. For a trademark, name, voice, likeness, or privacy concern, email contact@aaainternetbrands.com with the link to the jingle and a description of the issue, and we will review it.
